Austral Propellers has led the way in propeller design and manufacture in Australia for over 60 years. Austral recently launched a new range of inboard propellers after an extensive research and development program, utilising the latest CAD/CAM computer technology. This "CompuProp" range features larger blade areas and a radially varying pitch distribution. Available in 3, 4 and 5 blade styles, all propellers are produced from fully CNC machined patterns to ensure both accuracy and improved performance.

Our production facility is totally self-contained and includes a CAD/CAM design centre, computerised pattern shop, modern non ferrous foundry, machine shop with CNC capability, finishing section and quality control department, including manual and electronic pitch measurement and balancing systems. Austral currently exports to over 40 countries world wide as well as supplying the continually increasing Australian market.
